Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Shipping Areas
We ship worldwide with the following exceptions:
- Certain Asian countries (please contact us for specifics)
- Remote locations with limited carrier service
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Our process is designed to be as streamlined as your perfect flip turn.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened personal care products (body lotion, body wash)
- Custom or special order facility equipment (bleachers, diving boards, benches)
- Tech suits with removed tags or packaging
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number
- Package Items Securely in original packaging with all tags attached

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was our error
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost to ship your new item once we receive the return
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You’ll receive email confirmation when completed
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be responsible for customs/duties on returned items.
Exchange Process
Want to swap for a different size or style? Here’s how it works:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
- We’ll ship your new item within 2 business days of receiving your return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your competition swimwear, training gear, or facility equipment arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
